Western Australian Mining Compliance

This course specifically meets the mandated WHS risk management training requirements for various statutory roles within the Western Australian resources sector. Part 10.7A of the Western Australia Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022 outlines statutory positions in relation to mine operations. These critical roles must be formally appointed by the mine operator to fulfil specific duties vital to the safe, efficient, and compliant functioning of a mine site.
